Position: Account Executive
Reporting to: Sales Office Manager
To drive sales growth for the restaurants across the brands, through efficiently handling and successfully converting all prebooked sales enquiries.
Handle all incoming enquiries via email, website and phone with maximum efficiency and in a professional manner.
Proactively follow up on enquiries and provisional bookings to ensure the highest level of conversion, as well as keeping an accurate record and following up on all lost business.
Have extensive knowledge of menu and package offerings.
Enter all bookings accurately into the relevant booking systems designed for the account and communicate in a friendly and professional manner with the restaurant teams to ensure all bookings/events run smoothly.
Develop excellent relationships with the restaurant managers and senior operations teams and to deal with all levels of complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Work with the Heads of Sales and National Account Managers to understand and improve products, packages and promotions, and communicate these to the customer base.
Communicate all invoicing for credit clients to the central accounts team.
Proactive increase sales by completing tasks set by the Sales Office Manager
Have an understanding of competitor products, packages and promotions and keep abreast of changes in the industry.
Deal with customers in a professional manner, minimise and resolve complaints and find mutually-beneficial solutions.
Be available for special occasion events such as customer FAM Trips, exhibition organization and attendance.
Be available for customer visits in conjunction with Heads of Sales and National Account Managers.
Passion for customer service & administration.
Excellent work ethic.
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Office and PowerPoint.
Ability to use and become a specialist in CRM and booking systems.
Ability to work under pressure, flexible hours on occasion and to strict deadlines.
