YOUR NEW COMPANY:

YOUR NEW ROLE:

Reporting into the CRM & Loyalty Manager, this role will work closely with the brand teams and design agencies for Bella Italia, Belgo & Café Rouge. You will also work closely with the Digital Marketing team on CRM campaigns. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Plan and execute email content calendar for three leading restaurant brands (Bella Italia, Belgo & Café Rouge) in line with digital marketing objectives, brand priorities and trading requirements.

Develop briefs and lead creative process for CRM campaigns in collaboration with design teams, including external agencies.

Deliver data-led CRM campaigns in collaboration with CRM & Loyalty Manager to target customers effectively using demographic, personal and behavioural data.

Broadcast of brand emails with support from CRM & Loyalty Manager.

Continually optimise user experience from email to conversion on site in conjunction with Digital Marketing team.

Manage analytics tools to review, adapt, test and evolve email and database performance vs KPIs and prove ROI.
Support the CRM & Loyalty Manager in database growth and retention.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Degree or similar qualifications would be an advantage.

You’ll be able to demonstrate a fast paced and hardworking ethic, a desire to achieve and develop a successful career in digital marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical and creative.

Excellent organisational skills 

Must be able to work well as a team.

You’ll always be bringing new ideas in; you’ll think innovatively and be eager to learn.

Preferably you’ll have some office based work experience.

Preferably you’ll have worked in restaurants (Part time whilst studying is fine) or have a passion for food.
